February 22nd Aash Dinner
3PM-6PM
Located 10 minutes south of Petauma, CA. Address will be shared once tickets are purchased.
Join us at the farm on a cold winter’s evening! Together we will harvest sabzi from the field and make a delicious aash, then enjoy it under a Korsi in the barn.
This event will be rain or shine! So wear many layers and bring rain gear if there is rain forecasted. (In the off chance there is a huge storm, we will cancel and refund your tickets up to a day before the event.) It will undoubtebly be cold, so dress warm and expect the aash and the korsi to warm you up.
What is a korsi? A Korsi is a low table that is covered with a thick blanket (lahaf) and heated up with a heating element underneath. It’s a warm respite from the cold of the winter, and people gather around it and stick their legs underneath to warm their bodies.
